Abstract

Penyalahgunaan narkotika merupakan permasalahan mendesak yang memerlukan perhatian tidak hanya dari Indonesia tetapi juga dunia internasional. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk memahami Tindak Pidana Narkotika Tipe Baru di Polda Bali dan mendalami Ilmu Hukum terkait Upaya Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Narkotika Tipe Baru yang akan dibahas, serta cara penanggulangannya.
