PERBEDAAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN KERJA PERAWAT BERDASARKAN UNIT KERJA: LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstrak

Kepuasan kerja dapat memengaruhi berbagai aspek dalam praktik keperawatan seperti produktivitas perawat, kinerja, keselamatan pasien, hasil perawatan dan kualitas pelayanan. Lingkungan kerja dapat memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan kerja sehingga perawat pada unit kerja yang berbeda mungkin memiliki tingkat kepuasan kerja yang berbeda. Penelitian ini berupa tinjauan literatur yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan kerja perawat di unit kerja yang berbeda. Pencarian literatur dilakukan menggunakan database seperti Google Scholar, Proquest, PubMed, dan ScienceDirect dengan kata kunci tertentu. Sepuluh artikel terpilih berdasarkan..kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan tingkat kepuasan kerja antara perawat yang bekerja di unit rawat jalan, rawat inap, rawat intensif dan unit gawat darurat. Kepuasan kerja perawat di setiap unit kerja dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang berbeda-beda. Karakteristik unit kerja, termasuk tipe unit, kecukupan jumlah tenaga perawat, rasio jumlah perawat dengan pasien, jumlah pasien, kompleksitas perawatan pasien, stres kerja, jadwal kerja dan hubungan dengan petugas kesehatan lainnya merupakan faktor yang memengaruhi perbedaan kepuasan kerja perawat di setiap unit. Manajemen rumah sakit  perlu untuk merencanakan suatu tindakan strategis sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat. Peningkatan pada kualitas lingkungan kerja dan pengaturan kerja diperlukan untuk mengurangi stres kerja perawat dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat sehingga menghasilkan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas.
