GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL
Abstrak
The purpose of this study is todetermine the effect of transformational leadership styles, work motivation, job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The study is conducted at The Krisna Hotel Resto and Spa Canggu Bali. 44 employees are used as samples, using the saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings in this study are transformational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. The Krisna Hotel Resto and Spa Canggu are expected to pay more attention to employees, provide opportunities for employees to make decisions, provide support and work motivation, provide compensation in accordance with the workload of employees so that it will affect organizational commitment to achieve goals effectively and efficiently.
