PERAN MOTIVASI KERJA DALAM MEMEDIASI PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KAYAWAN
Abstrak
Employee performance is a work result that can be achieved by employees based on their abilities. Performance is a real work result achieved by an employee in carrying out the tasks assigned to him in accordance with the criteria and goals set by the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of work motivation in mediating the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana, the number of samples used is 44 employees using saturated sampling (census). Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques. Collecting data through interviews and distributing questionnaires. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation at PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana. Work motivation is able to mediate the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana. The implication of this research is to provide references and information related to the role of work motivation to mediate the effect of compensation on employee performance.
