PERAN MOTIVASI KERJA DALAM MEMEDIASI PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
Kinerja karyawan merupakan hasil kerja yang dapat dicapai oleh karyawan berdasarkan kemampuan yang dimilikinya. Kinerja adalah hasil kerja nyata yang dicapai oleh karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugas yang diberikan kepadanya sesuai dengan kriteria dan tujuan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran motivasi kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana, jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu 44 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus). Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pada PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana. Motivasi Kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan referensi serta informasi terkait dengan peran motivasi kerja memediasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Employee performance is a work result that can be achieved by employees based on their abilities. Performance is a real work result achieved by an employee in carrying out the tasks assigned to him in accordance with the criteria and goals set by the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of work motivation in mediating the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana, the number of samples used is 44 employees using saturated sampling (census). Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques. Collecting data through interviews and distributing questionnaires. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation at PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana. Work motivation is able to mediate the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana. The implication of this research is to provide references and information related to the role of work motivation to mediate the effect of compensation on employee performance.
