Abstrak

Organizational commitment is an attitude that reflects the extent to which an individual knows and relies more on his organization, which is committed to reliable habits, plans to stay longer in the organization, and increases more effort at work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and fairness on organizational commitment. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Pos Indonesia, Denpasar with a population of 81 people and using a saturated sample in which the entire population is sampled. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive data techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study explain that job satisfaction and organizational justice have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. It is hoped that with this research, PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Denpasar can pay more attention to work procedures at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero), Denpasar in order to create a sense of satisfaction and fairness in employees so as to create a sense of commitment to the employees themselves.
