Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the effect of work experience, training, and performance appraisal on employee career development. This research was conducted at the Rhadana Hotel, Kuta-Bali. The number of samples taken was 43 employees with saturated sampling method. In this research data collection is done through questionnaires and interviews with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study found that work experience has a positive and significant effect on career development. Training has a positive and significant effect on career development. Performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on career development. To enhance career development, regular training needs to be held so as to increase the employee's work experience and performance appraisals must be carried out fairly and objectively so that all employees get the same opportunity in career development.
