STUDI KELAYAKAN INVESTASI PENDIRIAN SPBU DI MONANG-MANING

Abstrak

ABSTRACT


 


For the purpose of the company to be achieved, then investors need to ensure investments made by the company will provide benefits or not. In a study entitled "Feasibility Study of Investment of Establishment of SPBU in Monang-Maning", it is intended to analyze the feasibility of investing the establishment of SPBU in Monang-Maning. To measure the feasibility of financial aspects of the authors use assessment criteria such as Payback Period, Net Present Value, Profitability Index, and Internal Rate of Return. The results showed that investment in the establishment of SPBU in Monang-Maning is feasible in terms of legal aspects, environmental aspects, market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, management and human resources aspects. In the financial aspects obtained Payback Period 3 years 6 days, NPV of Rp.60.884.639.852,75, PI of 7.118, IRR of 38.208 percent. The investment is feasible to proceed.
