PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR
Abstrak
The purpose of this study to examine the direct effect of job stress variables and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior. This research was conducted in the Office of the Provincial Government Cooperative Bali by all employees amounted to 80 people as respondents. Sampling technique used in this research was saturated samples. Data collected through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression were processed using SPSS software. The results obtained in this study indicate that the entire hypothesis is accepted. Work stress negatively affects organizational citizenship behavior with Sig value 0.000 <0.05. Organizational culture positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior with the Sig. 0.000 <0.05. To improve organizational citizenship behavior of employees, the Office of the Provincial Government of Bali Cooperative advised to pay attention to job stress of employees to work stress experienced by employees can be low so that employees will implement organizational citizenship behavior.
