SOSIALISASI POTENSI SUSU FERMENTASI BAGI MASYARAKAT DI DESA PEMPATAN KARANGASEM DAN UPAYA PENGEMBANGANNYA BERBASIS POTENSI LOKAL

Abstrak

The purpose of this service does is to encourage the strengthening of dairy goat farming in rural communities that to Pempatan village through the introduction of milk fermentation technology and its benefits. Extension is a method developed by involving dairy goat farmers and other interested people to gain knowledge. This activity is carried out in the balai banjar Geliang on Sunday May 1, 2016. The results of the event was started with a presentation on the benefits of fermented milk, fermentation process and is followed by the distribution of fermented milk products. Some fermented milk products were introduced, such as yogurt and kefir. On that occasion also introduced antioxidan fermented milk products (derived from the use of cassava flour purple as much as 4% w /v). The conclusion that has been socialized product innovation in a variety of processed fermented milk to Pempatan people in the village. Almost 90% of the people and the farmers in the village Pempatan already know the benefits of fermented milk and goat's milk dairy potential to be developed aspects of processing so that through these activities has encouraged public awareness for development potential
