Abstrak

ABSTRACT

Research found that not all types of B3 waste can be managed due to equipment constraints, hazardouz waste that can be disinfected are infusion bottles and Hemodialysis liquid packaging. In addition, research also found that waste bank system can be use in terms of   management and administration processes are properly recorded. On the other hand, it was found that income from selling infusion bottles and Hemodialysis liquid packagingfrom December 2018 to April 2019 reached Rp2.304.442,-/ Month. This was below expectation of Rp 4,200,000 / Month which was affected by number of visits. Inhibiting factors in the implementation of this program are limited human resources, inadequate facilities and infrastructure such as no syringes with used syringes and no available B3 packaging ampules shredder, Test liquid waste does not meet quality standards. in accordance with the nature of pollutants and can remove pollutants that can be scientifically proven.
