PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION PADA KARYAWAN HOTEL HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS

Abstrak

The purpose of study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction and job stress on Holiday Inn Express Hotel Bali Raya Kuta. Population in this study were all employees of Holiday Inn Express Hotel Bali Raya which amounted to 77 people while the samples taken in this study were 77 respondents. Method of determining the sample in this study using saturated sampling. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point likert scale to measure 13 question items. Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the analysis showed that job satisfaction had negative effect not significant toward turnover intention while work stress had positive and significant effect to turnover intention. Company is expected to pay attention to employee satisfaction and pay attention to employee work time so that they do not feel stress and can lower the turnover rate intention of Holiday Inn Express Hotel Bali Raya Kuta.
