PENGARUH WORK FAMILY CONFLICT DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL SMA N 1 KUTA UTARA

Abstrak

Organizational commitment are one of the most important things on any organization. The member that have lower commitment usually get stress easier when they do their job and want to leave the organization, this things happen because the individual that usually resign from an organization mostly didnt like the organization they work for, and didnt have the spirit to achieve the organization mission. This study used to know the effect of work family conflict and work stress to their organizational commitment. This research was done in SMA N 1 Kuta Utara, the respondents are 44 female teacher. The data acquired using questionnaire with likert scale. The analysis technique used on this study using linear regression. The result of this study shows that work family conflict have negative effect and significant on organizational commitment. Work stress also have negative effect and significant effect to organizational commitment.
