THE ROLE OF MEDIATION IS JOB SATISFACTION IN WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT INFLUENCES TOWARDS THE TURNOVER INTENTIONS OF FEMALE EMPLOYEES
Abstrak
Turnover intention is a person's desire to move to another company that is triggered by the employee's dissatisfaction with the company he / she is working for or finding a new job in accordance with his or her desires. This study aims to determine the role of work satisfaction mediation on the influence of work-family conflict on employee turnover intention. The study was conducted on the employees of the Sun Island Hotel. The sample of this research is 56 respondents with saturated sampling method. In this study data collection is done by measurement data using Likert scale. The technique used in this research is path path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows 1) Work-Family Conflicts negatively affect Job Satisfaction. 2) Work-Family Conflicts have a positive effect on Turnover Intention. 3) Job Satisfaction has a negative effect on Turnover Intention and 4) Job Satisfaction acts as mediation on the influence of Work-Family Conflicts on Turnover Intention
