PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN BERBASIS DUKUNGAN TERHADAP KETERIKATAN KERJA KARYAWAN DIMODERASI OLEH LEADER MEMBER EXCHANGE
Abstract
Keterikatan kerja karyawan akan bermanfaat bagi perusahaan karena dapat mendorong karyawan bekerja dengan lebih produktif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan berbasis dukungan terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan dimoderasi oleh leader member exchange pada distribution central Coco Group. Penelitian ini dilakukan di distribution central Coco Group dengan jumlah sampel 43 orang karyawan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisa menggunakan moderated regression analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berbasis dukungan berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan pada distribution central Coco Group serta leader member exchange sebagai quasi moderator memperkuat pengaruh kepemimpinan berbasis dukungan terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan pada karyawan di distribution central Coco Group. Implikasi teoritis dari penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan bahwa teori leader member exchange mampu menjelaskan hubungan antara kepemimpinan berbasis dukungan dengan keterikatan kerja karyawan sekaligus leader member exchange yang menjadi variabel moderasi dapat memperkuat pengaruh kepemimpinan berbasis dukungan terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan.
