PERAN STRES KERJA MEMEDIASI PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP BURNOUT PADA GURU SMP NEGERI 1 SERIRIT

Abstract

Sindrom burnout adalah kondisi umum yang sering terjadi pada individu yang bekerja, ditandai dengan kelelahan emosional dan sikap sinis. Fenomena terkait pada burnout guru SMP Negeri 1 Seririt yang menyatakan guru itu sering merasakan kelelahan saat sedang bekerja. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan teori pertukaran sosial. Penelitian ini melibatkan 57 orang sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis jalur, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian peran mediasi menggunakan prosedur mediasi Hair et al., (2017). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh beban kerja, burnout dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh stres kerja, burnout memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap beban kerja , dan stres kerja berperan sebagai partial (complementary mediation) dalam pengaruh beban kerja terhadap burnout.
