PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, MOTIVASI, DAN WORK - LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP LOYALITAS KARYAWAN
Abstract
Loyalitas merupakan kesetiaan dan kesediaan karyawan untuk menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan guna memberikan hasil maksimal bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena terdapat fenomena yang terjadi pada PT. Sanur Jaya Utama, yaitu kurangnya loyalitas karyawan, tidak konsistennya kepemimpinan trasnformasional yang dijalankan, motivasi yang kurang dari pimpinan, serta tidak maksimalnya karyawan dalam menerapkan work-life balance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi, dan work-life balance terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan di PT. Sanur Jaya Utama, Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. Work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis, yaitu diharapkan mampu menjadi bahan pertimbangan dan masukan bagi pemimpin PT. Sanur Jaya Utama untuk konsisten mejalankan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi, dan work-life balance.
Loyalty is the loyalty and willingness of employees to complete assigned tasks in order to provide maximum results for the company. This research was conducted because there is a phenomenon that occurs at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama, namely the lack of employee loyalty, the inconsistent implementation of transformational leadership, the lack of motivation from the leadership, and the employees not being optimal in implementing work-life balance. This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, motivation, and work-life balance on employee loyalty at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. The number of samples used was 40 employees using a saturated sample. Data collection in this study was carried out using interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. The results of this study provide practical implications, which are expected to be material for consideration and input for the leaders of PT. Sanur Jaya Utama to consistently carry out the transformational leadership style, motivation, and work-life balance.
