PERTEMUAN NILAI KEARIFAN LINGKUNGAN HIDUP DAN KESUCIAN PURA SEBAGAI UPAYA KONSERVASI PARIWISATA BUDAYA DI BALI

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji hakikat penegakan hukum lingkungan sebagai salah satu sarana yang dapat ditempuh untuk menjaga kesucian pura. Metode yang dipergunakan ialah metode normatif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan, sosial maupun filosofis. Hasil yang diharapkan dari tulisan ini ialah terciptanya keajegan atas hakikat keberadaan pura bagi masyarakat lokal (Bali), sehingga berjalan beriringan dengan tingginya kegiatan pariwisata di Bali. Tentu pembahasan yang akan diketengahkan ialah aspek penegakan hukum lingkungan sebagai bentuk upaya represif yang dapat digunakan mempertahankan kesucian pura di daerah tujuan pariwisata.

 The purpose of this research is to examine the nature of environmental law enforcement as one means that can be taken to maintain the sanctity of the temple. The method used is a normative method with a statutory, social and philosophical approach. The expected result of this paper is the creation of the existence of the nature of the existence of temples for the local community (Bali), so that it goes hand in hand with the high activity of tourism in Bali. Of course the discussion that will be presented is the aspect of environmental law enforcement as a form of repressive measures that can be used to maintain the sanctity of temples in tourism destinations.
