TINJAUAN HUKUM INTERNASIONAL ATAS CYBER CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION DARI CYBERCRIME PADA DEEP DAN DARK WEB

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji mengenai Tujuan Hukum Internasional atas Perbuatan Cyber Child Sexual Exploitation dari Cybercrime pada Deep dan Dark Web. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach), dan pendekatan perbandingan (comparative approach), dimana mengkaji dinamika hukum yang berkaitan dengan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian hukum normatif merupakan penelitian yang menekankan pada penggunaan norma-norma hukum secara tertulis yang dapat berupa buku-buku, artikel, tesis, undang-undang, konvensi hukum internasional, yurisprudensi, literatur perpustakaan, dan lainnya yang berkaitan dengan Tinjauan Hukum Internasional atas Perbuatan Cyber Child Sexual Exploitation dari Cybercrime pada Deep dan Dark Web. Dimana sekarang banyak sekali Kejahatan tersebut pada Deep dan Dark Web yang berkembang pesat.

This study aims to examine the International Legal Review of Cybercrime’s Acts of Cyber Child Sexual Exploitation on the Deep and Dark Web. This study uses a normative legal research method with a statute approach, a conceptual approach, and a comparative approach, which examines legal dynamics related to the discussion in this study. Normative legal research is research that emphasizes the use of written legal norms, which can be in the form of books, articles, theses, laws, international law conventions, jurisprudence, literature libraries, and others related to the International Law Review of Cyber Acts Sexual Exploitation of Children from Cybercrime on the Deep and Dark Web. Where now, a lot of these crimes on the Deep and Dark Web are growing fast.
