Peran Resiliensi dan Dukungan Sosial terhadap Burnout pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Udayana
Abstract
Mahasiswa umumnya memiliki berbagai tuntutan yang dapat menyebabkan burnout. Burnout dapat disebabkan oleh adanya kontrol diri yang rendah, hal ini berkaitan dengan kemampuan resiliensi. Burnout juga bisa disebabkan oleh kurangnya dukungan yang diterima individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran resiliensi dan dukungan sosial terhadap burnout pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Udayana. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 110 orang Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Udayana. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala burnout, skala resiliensi dan skala dukungan sosial. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda. Hasil uji regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi dan dukungan sosial secara bersama-sama berperan terhadap burnout pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Udayana, pada penelitian ini resiliensi dapat berperan sebagai kompensasi terhadap dampak negatif terjadinya burnout, sedangkan dukungan sosial dapat membuat mahasiswa menjadi lebih percaya diri dalam menghadapi masalah sehingga terhindar dari burnout.
