Abstrak

This study aims to explain the influence of oeganizational justice and work stress on the phenomenon of employees counterproductive work behavior. This research was conducted at Main store of Graha Kaori Group Gianyar. The number of sampels used in this research was 52 employees, sampling is done by simple random sampling technique. Data collection method is done through the dissemination of questionnaires and interviews to nonmanajerial employees in the company. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression techniques. From the results of the analysis found that organizational justice and work stress have a simultaneous and significant influence on CWB. Organizational justice has a negative and significant effect on CWB. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on CWB. The company management can improve organizational justice and reduce employee work stress by improving the indicators used in this study.
