Abstract

The success of an organization depends on productivity, owned either by individuals or teams in the organization. Productivity is an important factor for the continuity of the company because it is the key in making improvements every day and only be done by labor. The purpose of this study was determine the influence of job training, physical working environment as well as the motivation of the employees work productivity in PT. Taspen (Persero) Denpasar Branch Offices simultaneously or parsial, as well as the dominant variables which influence the work productivity.

The respondents in this study were 40 people. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and questionnaire. The technique used is data analysis of multiple linear regression test, unison (F test), partial regression test (t test) and Standardized Coefficient Beta.

Results of the analysis indicate that job training, physical working environment and motivation affect positively and significantly to the productivity of work. Job training, physical working environment and motivation affect positively and significantly to the productivity of the work partially. Motivation is the dominant influence on the variables work productivity.

As consideraton, advice that can be given which should improve the results employees worked and always trying to make improvements in performance to get the results of work satisfaction, companies add and raise support facilities as well as training using paint coloring is compelling in the workspace.
