PENGARUH PENILAIAN KINERJA, PENGALAMAN KERJA, DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN KARIR KARYAWAN

Abstrak

Career development is the process of capacity building, position, and responsibility. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of performance appraisal, work experience, training on career development. This research was conducted in Bali Masari Villas and SPA. The number of samples was 47 people using stratified random sampling method. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis found that the independent variables in the study have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable.
