PENGARUH PEMBERDAYAAN KARYAWAN DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL KARYAWAN DEPARTEMEN HOUSEKEEPING PADA VILLA OCEAN BLUE
Abstrak
The purpose of this study is to explain how employee empowerment and job stress affect commitment organizational of employees in the housekeeping department based on data accumulated from the Villa Ocean Blue accommodation company. The population of this study is all the permanent employees of Ocean Blue Villa housekeeping department. Data were analyzed by multiple linier regression analysis method. The study found that employee empowerment has a significant positive effect on commitment organizational whereas work stress has a significant negative effect on organizational commitment.
