Abstract

Organizations need to consider factors that affect employee job satisfaction because it’s an significance factor for the survival of the organization. The research objective was to investigate the influence of compensation, transformational leadership and communication on job satisfaction and employee morale at PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Bali I. The population were 204 people and by used Slovin formula obtained 135 people. The selection of respondents was using stratified random sampling. Data collection were used observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data processed using path analysis techniques with SPSS software. Results showed that compensation, transformational leadership style and communication significantly affect employees' job satisfaction and employee morale.
