PENGARUH ECONOMIC VALUE ADDED, KOMPOSISI DEWAN KOMISARIS INDEPENDEN DAN RETURN ON ASSETS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh economic value added, komposisi dewan komisaris independen dan return on assets terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor perbankan di BEI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor perbankan di BEI yang berjumlah 37 perusahaan periode 2010-2014. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, sehingga sampel akhir yang didapatkan adalah 10 perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2010-2014. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi non partisipan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 22 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa economic value added berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor perbankan di BEI, komposisi dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor perbankan di BEI, return on assets berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor perbankan di BEI.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of economic value added, the composition of the independent board and return on assets of the company's value in the banking sector in BEI. The population in this study are all companies of the banking sector in BEI totaling 37 companies in 2010-2014. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so that the final sample obtained was 10 banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. Data collection methods used in this study is a non-participant observation. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22 for windows. The analysis shows that the economic value added positive and significant impact on the value of the company in the banking sector in the BEI, the composition of the independent board negative and not significant to the company's value in the banking sector in the BEI, return on assets negative and not significant to the value of the company the banking sector in the BEI.
