PERAN KESEJAHTERAAN PSIKOLOGIS MEMEDIASI PENGARUH WORK-LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP NIAT UNTUK TETAP BEKERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

Keinginan untuk tetap bekerja mencerminkan niat seorang karyawan untuk bertahan dalam suatu perusahaan dalam jangka panjang. Niat untuk tetap bekerja mencerminkan loyalitas, kepuasan kerja, dan dorongan untuk memberikan kontribusi terbaik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance terhadap niat untuk tetap bekerja yang dimediasi oleh kesejahteraan psikologis di PT Bestie Beauty Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Bestie Beauty Indonesia dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 orang karyawan Generasi Z dan Milenial, menggunakan metode penarikan sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu, analisis jalur, uji sobel, dan uji VAF. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat untuk tetap bekerja pada karyawan. Work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan. Kesejahteraan psikologis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat untuk tetap bekerja. Kesejahteraan psikologis berperan sebagai mediator parsial dalam hubungan antara work-life balance dan niat untuk tetap bekerja pada karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peran perusahaan dalam mendukung work-life balance, misalnya dengan menyediakan jam kerja yang fleksibel, guna mendorong motivasi karyawan untuk tetap bekerja dan mendukung kelangsungan bisnis perusahaan.


 


The desire to working reflects an employee's intention stay in company the long term. The intention to stay working reflects loyalty, job satisfaction, and the drive to make the best contribution. The purpose of study was to analyze effect work-life balance on the intention to stay working mediated by psychological well-being at PT Bestie Beauty Indonesia. This study was conducted PT Bestie Beauty Indonesia with sample 40 Generation Z and Millennial employees, using saturated sampling method. Data collection used questionnaire. The analysis techniques used were path analysis, Sobel test, and VAF test. The results showed work-life balance had positive and significant effect the intention to stay working for employees. Work-life balance had positive and significant effect on the psychological well-being of employees. Psychological well-being had positive and significant effect on the intention stay working. Psychological well-being acted as a partial mediator in the relationship between work-life balance and the intention to stay working for employees. The implication of study is the importance of the company's role in supporting work-life balance, for example by providing flexible working hours, in order to encourage employee motivation to stay working and support the continuity of the company's business.
