PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN MELAYANI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan melayani terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada pegawai Dinas Koperasi UMKM Kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 58 pegawai. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, serta dianalisis menggunakan statistik inferensial dengan pendekatan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan melayani berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Selain itu, kepemimpinan melayani berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Dengan demikian, kepuasan kerja terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan melayani terhadap OCB. Implikasi teoritis dari penelitian ini adalah mendukung teori pertukaran sosial, yang menjelaskan hubungan timbal balik antara pemimpin dan pegawai dalam menciptakan perilaku kerja sukarela di luar tugas formal yang telah diberikan. Implikasi praktisnya, hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar oleh instansi pemerintahan dalam meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan serta kepuasan kerja pegawai, sehingga mampu mendorong munculnya perilaku OCB yang signifikan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan wawasan penting tentang peran kepuasan kerja sebagai penguat hubungan antara kepemimpinan melayani dan perilaku OCB.
This study aims to analyze the effect of servant leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)with job satisfaction as a mediating variable among employees of the Department of Cooperatives and MSMEs in Denpasar City. This research employed a saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 58 employees. The method used was a survey through data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and interviews, and the data were analyzed using inferential statistics with a path analysis approach. The results of the study indicate that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on OCB. In addition, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Thus, job satisfaction is proven to mediate the effect of servant leadership on OCB. The theoretical implication of this study supports social exchange theory, which explains the reciprocal relationship between leaders and employees in fostering voluntary work behavior beyond formal job responsibilities. Practically, the findings can serve as a basis for government agencies to improve leadership quality and employee job satisfaction, thereby encouraging the emergence of significant OCB.
