PENGARUH COVID-19 TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN UMKM TENUN SONGKET BALI MASYARAKAT DESA GELGEL KABUPATEN KLUNGKUNG BALI

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak COVID-19 terhadap UMKM tenun songket masyarakat di Desa Gelgel, Kabupaten Klungkung, Provinsi Bali, serta mampu menjelaskan upaya yang dilakukan untuk menanggulangi pengaruh COVID-19 terhadap UMKM tenun songket. Adapun metode yang dipergunakan adalah penelitian hukum empiris. Dengan melakukan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, hasil observasi dan wawancara. Serta data yang diperoleh melalui media internet, jurnal penelitian, dan skripsi yang berhubungan dengan pengaruh pandemi COVID-19. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pengaruh pandemi COVID-19 terhadap UMKM tenun songket masyarakat di Desa Gelgel Klungkung berpengaruh terhadap pendapat menurun drastis dibandingkan dengan pendapatan sebelumnya. Penurunan penjualan songket yang sebelumnya bisa mencapai Rp. 10.000.000 per lembar kini hanya Rp. 1.500.000 per lembar. Saat ini pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media untuk berjualan sudah diterapkan oleh masyarakat termasuk UMKM songket dan memberikan promo serta diskon kepada customer. Kata Kunci: COVID-19, desa Gelgel, tenun songket ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of COVID-19 on the community songket weaving SMEs in Gelgel Village, Klungkung Regency, Bali Province, and be able to explain the efforts that can be made to overcome the effects of COVID-19 on songket weaving SMEs. The method is empirical legal research. By collecting data using questionnaires, observations and interviews. As well as data obtained through internet media, research journals, and theses related to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemi. From the results of the study, it was found that the influence of the COVID-19 pandemi on the community's songket weaving SMEs in Gelgel Village Klungkung had an effect on income decreasing drastically compared to previous income. The decline in songket sales which previously could reach Rp. 10,000,000 per share is now only Rp. 1,500,000 per sheet.
