TANGGUNG JAWAB ORANG TUA DALAM KONTRAK KERJA ARTIS CILIK

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaturan kontrak kerja artis cilik dan bagaimana tanggung jawab orang tua dalam pelaksanaan kontrak kerja artis cilik untuk menjamin hak anak tersebut. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif dengan mengkaji bahan hukum. Hasil studi menunjukan bahwa pengaturan kontrak kerja artis cilik harus sejalan dengan ketentuan Undang-Undang RI Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan dan Undang-Undang RI Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak serta Keputusan Menaker Nomor KEP.115/MEN/VII/2004. Adapun dalam pelaksanaan kontrak kerja artis cilik, orang tua memiliki peran aktif untuk memastikan kontrak tersebut berjalan sebagaimana mestinya.

This written article has the purpose of examining the regulation of work contracts for child artists and the parent’s responsibility in the implementation of work contracts for child artists to guarantee the child’s rights. The research method this study uses is normative research by examining legal materials. The results show that the work contracts for child artists must be in line with the provisions of Indonesia Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment and Indonesia Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection as well as Minister of Manpower Decree Number KEP.115/MEN/VII/2004. As for the implementation of work contracts, parents have an active role in ensuring the contract runs as it should.
