GAMBARAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN LANSIA TERHADAP LAYANAN SANTUN LANSIA DI PUSKESMAS II DENPASAR BARAT
Abstrak
The Elderly Welfare Service is a service that provides a special space to provide services to the elderly group, including health services such as promotion, prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation. When older individuals visit for health services, they expect to be satisfied with the care they receive. Since customer satisfaction serves as a barometer for the services rendered, it is anticipated that it will raise every facet of the applied service quality. This study set out to characterize the senior population's degree of satisfaction with Puskesmas II West Denpasar's senior Service. This study used a descriptive approach while using quantitative tools. 190 elderly served as the study's respondents population. The study's findings on the five dimensions for which there are gap scores are all good. The dimension of reliability has the highest percentage of satisfaction (100%) among the dimensions, the reliability in question is a doctor with an accurate diagnosis, not queuing for more than 30 minutes, appropriate treatment costs, lab officers who take blood safely and comfortably. With an 80% satisfaction rating, the empathy dimension is the least satisfied, and the friendliness of healthcare professionals is one area that could use improvement. This study concludes with a measurement of the elderly's satisfaction with the elderly polite services implemented in West Denpasar Public Health Center II in 2024. Overall, the elderly are reported to be 82.6% satisfied with the services provided.
