PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TEHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KEINGINAN KELUAR PADA HOTEL AMARIS LEGIAN
Abstrak
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation on job satisfaction and turnover intention. This research was conducted at Amaris Legian hotel by using sample saturated that is 46 employees. Data were collected by interviewing and distributing questionnaires. Further data that have been collected were analyzed by using descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square analysis. The results of this study conclude that compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, but compensation is found to have a significant negative effect on turnover intention, and job satisfaction is also found to have a significant negative effect on turnover intention. An important implication of this research is the provision of some previous research results related to compensation, job satisfaction and turnover intention. The results of the analysis show that employee perceptions of compensation, job satisfaction and turnover intention are well perceived by Amaris Legian hotel employees.
