EFFECT OF WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WORK SATISFACTION TO TURNOVER INTENTION IN MAYALOKA VILLAS SEMINYAK
Abstrak
This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention at Mayaloka Villas Seminyak. Work environment and job satisfaction is very important to note in order to increase employee loyalty and reduce the level of employee turnover intention. This study was conducted on Mayaloka Villas Seminyak employees with a sample of 34 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the work environment and job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Management should pay attention and increase employee satisfaction to compensation value given and pay attention to work environment of employees in communication relationship between employees. It aims to create and improve employee loyalty to employees and reduce the level of turnover intention.
