PENGARUH PREEKLAMPSIA TERHADAP KEJADIAN BERAT BADAN BAYI LAHIR RENDAH DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM PUSAT PROF. DR.I.G.N.G.NGOERAH DENPASAR TAHUN 2022

Preeklampsia berat dapat menyebabkan BBLR karena cairan darah ke uterus menurun dan menyebabkan gangguan pada plasenta sehingga terjadi gangguan pertumbuhan janin karena kekurangan oksigen dan dapat pula terjadi gawat janin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh preeklampsia terhadap kejadian berat badan bayi lahir rendah di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Denpasar. Penelitian case control dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Besar sampel 290 yang di bagi menjadi 145 kelompok kontrol dan 145 kasus yang diambil secara system matching. Jenis data sekunder diperoleh dari rekam medik. Hasil kejadian PEB 46,6% dan kejadian BBLR 50%. Dalam penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan model chi square, mendapatkan nilai p 0,001 (<0,05) dengan nilai OR 2,5. Simpulan ada pengaruh preeklampsia terhadap kejadian BBLR, ibu yang dengan PEB 2,6 kali bisa menyebabkan terjdinya BBLR. Saran kepada RSUP menjadikan hasil penelitian sebagai referensi untuk mengkaji penyebab BBLR.

ABSTRACT

Severe preeclampsia can cause low birth weight babies because blood flow to the uterus decreases and causes disruption of the placenta resulting in impaired fetal growth due to lack of oxygen and can also harm the fetus. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of preeclampsia on the incidence of low birth weight babies at Prof. Central General Hospital. Njoerah Denpasar. Case control study with a retrospective approach. The sample size is 290 which is divided into 145 control groups and 145 controls taken by system matching. Secondary data types were obtained from medical records. The incidence of PEB was 46.6%, the incidence of LBW was 50%. The results of the hypothesis test with using the chi square obtained p value 0.001 <0.05., OR 2.59. The conclusion is that there is an effect of preeclampsia on the incidence of LBW, mothers with PEB 2.59 times can cause LBW. Suggestions to RSUP make research results as a reference for studying the causes of LBW.
