GAMBARAN FAKTOR PENYEBAB STUNTING PADA ANAK USIA 12-60 BULAN DI WILAYAH KERJA UNIT PELAKSANA TEKNIS DINAS PUSKESMAS SIDEMEN

Indonesia negara kelima penderita stunting kategori tinggi mencapai angka 35%. Prevalensi stunting di Provinsi Bali tahun 2021 sebesar 10,9 persen, kasus stunting terbanyak di Kabupaten Karangasem. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor penyebab stunting pada anak usia 12-60 bulan di UPTD Puskesmas Sidemen. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional study. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari-Maret 2023. Responden penelitian 61 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 54,1% ibu balita stunting memiliki riwayat status gizi kehamilan tidak baik, 62,3% balita stunting memiliki pola asuh yang tidak baik, 70,5% balita stunting tidak mendapatkan ASI eksklusif dan tidak dilakukan Inisiasi Menyusui Dini, 68,9% balita stunting sering terjangkit infeksi penyakit dan 85,2% memiliki status imunisasi yang lengkap. Sebagian besar Ibu balita berusia 20-35 tahun, berpendidikan dasar dan mayoritas tidak bekerja. Diharapkan kerjasama lintas sektor dan lintas program ditingkatkan dengan pelatihan kader stunting dan pemberian PMT lokal.

Indonesia is the fifth country with stunting in the high category reaching 35%. The prevalence of stunting in Bali Province in 2021 is 10.9% with the most cases of stunting in Karangasem Regency. This research is to describe the factors that cause stunting in children under five at the Sidemen Health Center. This type of research is descriptive research with a cross sectional study design, The research was conducted from January to March 2023. The respondents to this study were mothers of stunted children in the working area of the Sidemen Health Center, consisting of 61 respondents who met the criteria. The results showed that 54.1% of stunted toddler mothers had a history of poor pregnancy nutritional status, 62.3% of stunted toddlers had poor parenting, 70.5% of stunted toddlers did not get exclusive breastfeeding and did not initiate early breastfeeding, 68, 9% of stunted toddlers often contract infectious diseases and 85.2% have complete immunization status. Most of the toddler mothers are aged 20-35 years, have basic education and the majority do not work. Cross-sector and cross-program collaboration is expected to be improved through stunting cadre training and the provision of local supplementary feeding.
