Perencanaan lanskap ruang terbuka sebagai fungsi edukasi di lingkungan pendidikan SMA Kornita Bogor
Abstract
Open Space Landscape Planning as an Educational Function in the Educational Environment of SMA Kornita Bogor. Kornita High School is the only high school that stands in the educational environment, namely the Dramaga Bogor Agricultural Institute campus. The conditions for the activities of Kornita High School are increasingly diverse and the need for space is increasing. Problems with narrow parking spaces, large ball sports activities physically damage buildings so that the ball goes to public roads and the emergence of scorpions and wild primates. Problems arise because the arrangement in landscape architecture has not been touched, especially in open spaces. The student activity approach can improve planning accuracy. This study aims to identify, analyze and provide solutions in the form of planning that supports educational activities at Kornita High School based on the planning steps of Simonds & Starke, 2006. The method used is a survey with qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Inventory of data is done by observation, interview and literature study. Based on the results of observations, there are problems with wild animals because open spaces are abandoned at several points without regular pruning and based on the results of interviews the level of comfort and security in parking areas and fields needs to be improved and students need open spaces for artistic activities. The results of the research are in the form of a site plan with the concept of “Learning Resource” which is implemented in the form of a greenhouse, fruit garden, outdoor learning area, green corner, field and alit (small) theater.
