IMPLIKASI KEBIJAKAN PSBB DAN PROTOKOL KESEHATAN COVID-19 TERHADAP MINAT WISATAWAN BERKUNJUNG KE BALI

Abstract

Karya tulis bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penerapan kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) dan protokol kesehatan terhadap pariwisata di Bali serta mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan PSBB dan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 terhadap minat wisatawan berwisata ke Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris, dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Kebijakan PSBB dan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 berdampak terhadap tingkat pertumbuhan pariwisata di Bali. Jumlah kedatangan wisatawan mancanegara serta tingkat hunian kamar hotel berbintang di Bali mengalami penurunan. Hal tersebut tentu dipengaruhi oleh minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke Bali. Berdasarkan hasil data, diperoleh nila X1 à Y adalah 0.485 dan nilai X2 à Y adalah 2.821, yang berarti Kebijakan PSBB tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Wisatawan untuk berwisata ke Bali. Adapun untuk Kebijakan Protokol Kesehatan COVID-19 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap meningkatnya Minat Wisatawan untuk berwisata ke destinasi wisata Bali.

ABSTRACT

This paper was prepared with the aim of knowing the impact of implementing the Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB)  policy and health protocols of COVID-19 policy on tourism in Bali and to identify and analyze the effect of a large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) policies and the COVID-19 health protocol on the interest of tourists traveling to Bali tourist destinations. The method that is used in research is juridical empirical, which is the primary data sources and secondary data sources are used. The PSBB policy and the COVID-19 health protocol have an impact on the growth rate of tourism in Bali. The number of foreign tourist arrivals and the occupancy rate of star-rated hotel rooms in Bali have decreased. Things are certainly influenced by the interest of travelers to pay a visit to Bali. Based on the data that is generated shows the values of X1 à Y for 0485, and X2 à Y for 2821, which means that the influence of the PSBB Policy on Tourist Interest is that it will not have a significant effect on traveling to Bali tourist destinations. As for and health protocols of COVID-19 policy will have a significant effect with increasing tourist interest for traveling to tourist destinations of Bali.
