PENGARUH AFFIRMATIVE ACTION TERHADAP KETERWAKILAN PEREMPUAN DI DPRD PROVINSI BALI

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan yang ingin didapat dalam penulisann jurnal ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari affirmative action terhadap keterwakilan perempuan di legislatif di Provinsi Bali yang dituangkan dalam beberapa pasal di Undang-Undang Partai Politik dan Undang-Undang Pemillu, serta mengetahui faktor-faktor apakah yang mendukung dan nantinya membantu mensukseskan keterwakilan perempuan di legislatif di Provinsi Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil studi menunjukan bahwasannya pengaruh dari affirmative action terhadap keterwakilan perempuan di legislatif di Provinsi Bali belum maksimal. Pemerintah, organisasi masyarakat, partai politik, dan masyarakat harus secara bersama-sama saling membantu didalam mensukseskan keterwakilan perempuan di legislatif di Provinsi Bali melalui kegiatan-kegiatan yang diselenggarakan.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of writing to be obatined in the writing of this journal is to deterrmine the effect of affirmative action on the representation of women in the legislative in the Province of Bali as outlined in several articles in the Political Party Law and the Election Law, and find out what factors support and will later help the success of women’s representattion in the legislative in the Province of Bali. The research method used in this paper is the empirical legal research method. The result of study indicate that the effect of Affirmative Action on women’s representattion in the legislative in the Province of Bali has not been maximed. The governance, community organizations, political parties, and the community must jointly assist one another in the success of women’s representattion in the legislative in the province of Bali through the activities that are held.
