ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN WAKTU DAN BIAYA PELAKSANAAN PEKERJAAN ANTARA PLAT LANTAI BONDEK DENGAN KONVENSIONAL (STUDI KASUS : PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN RSU GARBAMED-KEROBOKAN)

Abstrak

Recently, there are many invovation and technology have been made to achieve better work results such as the use of deck floor plates instead of conventional floor plates. The construction of deck floor plate requires less time but the material costs are greater than conventional floor plates. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the time and cost comparison of constructing deck floor plate and conventional floor plates. Calculation of time and cost for deck floor plate work was obtained by direct observation on the project.  While the cost of conventional floor plate workwas calculated based on unit price analysis with material prices and workers' wagesreffered to the Department of Public Works of Badung Regency standard. The time required for  conventional floor plate work was calculated based on the Indonesia standard for work unit analysis.(SNI). The results showed that the construction of deck floor plate work required 5 days, while the conventional floor plate work required 34 days. The cost for installing deck floor platewas Rp. 494,115.12/m², while  the conventional floor plate work cost Rp. 566,453.38/m² The conventional floor plate is Rp. 72,338.26/m²(12.77%) more expensive than deck floor plate.
