ANALISIS PENGARUH MODAL, TENAGA KERJA, ENTREPRENEUR DAN TEKNOLOGI TERHADAP PRODUKSI INDUSTRI TAHU TEMPE DI DENPASAR
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital, labor, entrepreneurship, and technology on the production of tempe tofu industry simultaneously and partially. This research was conducted using the proportional random sampling method with the number of respondents as many as 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that capital, labor, entrepreneurship and technology simultaneously had a significant effect on the production of tofu tempeh in Denpasar City. Partially capital, entrepreneur and technology influence the production of tofu in tempe in Denpasar City, while Labor does not have a positive and significant effect on the production of tofu tempeh in Denpasar City. The variable that has the dominant influence on the production of tofu in tempe in Denpasar is Capital.
