ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI LAMA MENGANGGUR LULUSAN PERGURUAN TINGGI FAKULTAS EKONOMI DAN BISNIS UNIVERSITAS UDAYANA

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Tujuan dari adanya penelitian yang dilakukan ini adalah untukmenganalisis pengaruh status sosial orang tua, status ekonomi orang tua, IPK lulusan, jenis kelamin, lama masa studi terhadap aspirasi kerja dan lama menganggur dan untuk menganalisis peran aspirasi kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh status sosial orang tua, status ekonomi orang tua, IPK lulusan, jenis kelamin, dan lama masa studi terhadap lama menganggur lulusan perguruan tinggi di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Udayana. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 829 orang, sedangkan sampel digunakan dalah 107 orang, dengan metode observasi, wawancara terstruktur, wawancara mendalam, yang diuji dengan metode Analisis Jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) variabel status ekonomi orang tua, IPK lulusan, lama studi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap aspirasi kerja ; 2) variabel status ekonomi orang tua, lama studi, dan aspirasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap lama menganggur, dan jenis kelamin laki- laki lebih lama menganggur dari pada perempuan sedangkan status sosial orang tua dan IPK lulusan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap lama menganggur lulusan perguruan tinggi ; 3) aspirasi kerja memediasi pengaruh variabel status sosial orang tua, status ekonomi orang tua, IPK lulusan, dan lama studi terhadap lama menganggur, sedangkan jenis kelamin tidak memiliki mediasi melalui aspirasi kerja terhadap lama menganggur lulusan perguruan tinggi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Udayana.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of social status of parents, economic status of parents, GPA, sex, duration of study on work aspiration and duration of unemployment and to analyze the role of work aspiration in mediating the influence of social status of parents, GPA, sex, and duration of study on long unemployed college graduates in Faculty of Economics. The total population is 829 people, while the sample is used in 107 people, with observation method, structured interview, in-depth interview, which is tested by path analysis. The results of this study indicate that  variables of economic status of parents, GPA, length of study have a significant on work aspirations the variables of economic status of parents, duration of study, and work aspiration have significant effect on the duration of unemployment, and male sex is longer unemployed than women while the social status of parents and GPA has no significant effect on the old unemployed college graduates work aspiration mediates the influence of parental status variables, parental economic status, GPA, and duration of study of unemployed duration, whereas sex does not have mediation through work aspirations for long-time unemployed Udayana University Faculty of Economics and Business graduates.
