ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT MIGRAN PERMANEN DALAM TERTIB ADMINISTRASI KEPENDUDUKAN DI KOTA DENPASAR

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu menganalisia pengaruh variabel umur, tingkat pendidikan, pendapatan rumah tangga, lamanya tinggal dan keaktifan petugas secara simultan dan pasial pada partisipasi masyarakat migran permanen dalam tertib administrasi kependudukan. Penggunaan data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan pengambilan sampel sejumlah 120 kepala keluarga pada empat kecamatan yang terdapat di Kota Denpasar. Penggunaan teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat migran permanen dalam tertib administrasi kependudukan di Kota Denpasar termasuk pada tingkat partisipasi yang tinggi yaitu sebesar 65,4 persen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial umur, tingkat pendidikan, pendapatan rumah tangga, lamanya tinggal dan keaktifan petugas menunjukkan nilai yang positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi masyarakat migran permanen dalam tertib administrasi kependudukan.

ABSTRACT

This study has the objective of analyzing the variables of age, education level, household income, length of stay and activeness of staff simultaneously and pasial on the participation of permanent migrant community in the orderly administration of population. The use of data in this study is the primary data with sampling of 120 heads of households in four sub-districts located in Denpasar City. The use of analytical techniques in this study is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the level of participation of permanent migrants in the population administration in Denpasar was included in the high participation rate of 65.4 percent. Based on the results of the study showed that simultaneous and partial age, education level, household income, length of stay and activeness of officers showed a positive and significant value to the participation of permanent migrants in the orderly administration of population.
