GAMBARAN KONDISI PSIKOLOGIS SISWA SMA PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI DENPASAR BARAT

Abstract

ABSTRAK

COVID-19 berdampak pada kesehatan fisik dan psikologis masyarakat terutama remaja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat kondisi psikologis siswa SMA pada masa pandemi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada bulan Juli-September 2021. Sampel sebanyak 146 dari SMA Negeri 4 Denpasar dan SMA PGRI 2 Denpasar. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik analisis data univariat. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui khawatir keluarga tidak menerapkan protokol kesehatan (64,4%), khawatir tidak mampu memahami pelajaran (61,0%), khawatir penghasilan keluarga mengalami penurunan (58,2%), khawatir menerima informasi COVID-19 (63,7%). Perasaan sedih tidak bisa bertemu/berkumpul dengan teman-teman (54,1%). Mayoritas responden berusia ? 16 dan responden berjenis kelamin perempuan mengalami kondisi psikologis dan berada di kategori tinggi. Diharapkan guru dapat bekerja sama dengan Dinas Kesehatan atau Puskesmas untuk memberikan informasi COVID-19, siswa dapat memanfaatkan teknologi videocall untuk memberi kabar teman, siswa dapat membentuk kelompok belajar, pihak sekolah memberikan kesempatan untuk orang tua membayar bulanan dengan mencicil dan guru bekerja sama dengan OSIS menyebarkan informasi terbaru COVID-19.

ABSTRACT

COVID-19 has an impact on the physical and psychological health of the community, especially teenagers. The purpose of this study is to see the psychological condition of high school students during the pandemic. This research is a descriptive cross sectional study with a quatitative approach conducted in July-September 2021. The samples is 146 from SMA Negeri 4 Denpasar and SMA PGRI 2 Denpasar. The instrument uses a questionnaire with univariate data analysis techniques. The results of this study are known to be worried that the family does not apply health protocols (64.4%), worried about not being able to understand the lessons (61.0%), worried that family income has decreased (58.2%), worried about receiving information on COVID-19 (63.7%). Feeling sad not being able to meet/gather with friends (54.1%). The majority of respondents aged 16 and female respondents experienced psychological conditions and were in the high category. It is hoped that teachers can work together with the health office or puskesmas to provide information on COVID-19, students can use videocall technology to inform friends, students can from study groups, the school provides opportunities for parents to pay monthly in installments and teachers work with OSIS to spread the latest information on COVID-19.
