GAMBARAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN IBU HAMIL YANG MENERAPKAN SELF HYNOSIS DI UNIT PELAKSANA TEKNIS DAERAH PUSKESMAS KEDIRI II TABANAN

Abstrak

Anxiety for pregnant women results in prolonged labor, uterine inertia, postpartum hemorrhage, and infant death. Self hypnosis is a meaningful autohypnosis as a programmed effort that is carried out by oneself by incorporating positive programs to increase self-positive factors. The aim of this study is to know the description of the anxiety level of pregnant women who apply Self Hypnosis at UPTD Puskesmas Kediri II. This type of descriptive research describes the level of anxiety of pregnant women who apply self hypnosis based on sociodemographic characteristics and husband's support. The research was conducted in March until April 2023. The sampling technique was a total sampling of 40 respondents. Data collection method with a questionnaire. The types of data are primary and secondary data. The results showed that 57.5% of pregnant women aged 20-35 years did not experience anxiety, 47.5% of pregnant women with secondary education did not experience anxiety, 40% of respondents who were multigravida did not experience anxiety, 45% of economically prosperous pregnant women did not experience anxiety and 50% of pregnant women with positive support do not experience anxiety. Health workers are expected to be able to information and self-hypnosis education to pregnant women to deal with anxiety.
