KEJADIAN ULKUS DIABETIKUM PADA PENDERITA DIABETES MELITUS DI UPTD PUSKESMAS UBUD I
Abstract
ABSTRAK
UPTD Puskesmas Ubud I menempati posisi ketiga dengan jumlah penderita DM terbanyak yaitu sebanyak 962 penderita. Meningkatnya kasus DM menyebabkan komplikasi ulkus diabetikum juga meningkat. Diperkirakan sebesar 19–34% penderita DM cenderung mengalami ulkus diabetikum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kejadian ulkus diabetikum di UPTD Puskesmas Ubud I. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif
observasional dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Lokasi penelitian di UPTD Puskesmas Ubud I dengan populasi penderita DM di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Ubud I. Besar sampel 112 orang didapat dengan simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan proporsi kejadian ulkus diabetikum pada penderita DM sebanyak 29 orang (25,89%) dan yang tidak ulkus sebanyak 83 orang (74,11%)
kemudian didapatkan proporsi ulkus diabetikum dominan dominan terjadi pada usia ? 60 tahun (31,25%), jenis kelamin laki-laki (26,56%), tidak bekerja (29,82%), berpendidikan tinggi (28,57%), berpenghasilan kurang dari UMK (27,16%), lama menderita DM durasi panjang (44%), tanpa komorbid (27,27%), berpengetahuan kurang (26,19%), tanpa dukungan keluarga (28,28%), merokok (37,50%), mengonsumsi alkohol (40%), melakukan aktivitas fisik ringan (47,06%), tidak patuh berobat (42,86%), tidak patuh diet (27,38%), serta tidak patuh dalam perawatan kaki (29,79%). UPTD Puskesmas Ubud I diharapkan mengoptimalkan program terkait DM dan memberikan informasi terkait komplikasi ulkus diabetikum.

ABSTRACT
UPTD Puskesmas Ubud I occupies the third position with the highest number of DM patients, namely 962 patients. The increase in DM cases causes diabetic ulcer complications to also increase. It is estimated that 19-34% of DM patients tend to experience diabetic ulcers. This study aims to determine the incidence of diabetic ulcers at UPTD Puskesmas Ubud I. This study was a descriptive observational study with a cross-sectional design. The research location was at UPTD Puskesmas Ubud I with a population of DM patients in the UPTD Puskesmas Ubud I work area. The sample size of 112 people was obtained by simple random sampling. Data analysis using descriptive statistical tests. The results of this study showed that the proportion of diabetic ulcers in patients with DM was 29 people (25.89%) and those without ulcers were 83 people (74.11%) then obtained the proportion of diabetic ulcers dominant in age ? 60 years (31.25%), male gender (26.56%), not working (29.82%), highly educated (28.57%), income less than MSE (27.16%), long duration of DM (44%), without comorbidities (27.27%), less knowledgeable (26.19%), without family support (28.28%), smoking (37.50%), consuming alcohol (40%), doing light physical activity (47.06%), non-compliant with treatment (42.86%), non-compliant with diet (27.38%), and non-compliant in foot care (29.79%). UPTD Puskesmas Ubud I is expected to optimize DM-related programs and provide information related to diabetic ulcer complications.
