Peer Review Process
Double-blind review by peer group system is used to review the submitted manuscript articles. The similarity rate of each submitted manuscript will be checked at the very first place through Turnitin, to identify the potency of plagiarism and self-plagiarism. Manuscript articles that pass this stage will be reviewed by the UJLC’s Reviewers and Editorial Board to be revised later by the authors based on the given comments and suggestions. The final decision of whether or not a submission is accepted becomes the sole authority of the Editorial Board based on the recommendation of the Reviewers.
