Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to this journal must follow focus and scope, and author guidelines of this journal. The submitted manuscripts must address scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the focus and scope. All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism contents. All authors are suggested to use plagiarism detection softaware to do the similarity checking. Editors check the plagiarism detection of articles in this journal by using a Turnitin software.

The research article submitted to this journal will be double blind review at least 2 (two) or more expert reviewers, which means both author(s) and reviewers are unable to see each other identities. The expert reviewers give scientific valuable comments improving the contents of the manuscript.

Final decision of articles acceptance will be made by Editors according to reviewers comments which will be one of the following decisions:

Accepted submission. implies the article needs no more revision thus is ready for the copyediting process. There are no more correction otherwise from the copyeditor to improve clarity and readability of the article.

Resubmit for review. This decision made by the editor may beacuse the article has eminence in content but the manuscript not written based on the style of the journal. it might also the article inclined to plagiarism issue.

Revision required. This decision means the article needs improvements according to the reviewers reccomendation and the editors evaluations. For minor revisions, the author will given ten days to have their article revised and for a major revisions will given maximally two weeks to have their article revisied afther the decision is made.

Decline submission. generally the manuscript is declined by the editor cause of several factors: (1) it is not fit to the aim and scope of the journal; (2) the article does not offer a novelty, orginality or significance to the field that being discussed; (3) the article has plenty of flaws whether in research and article design, mithodology and analysis, (4) subject to plagiralism issues.

Publication of accepted articles including the sequence of published articles will be made by Editor in Chief by considering sequence of accepted date and geographical distribution of authors as well as thematic issue.
