MODEL PENINGKATAN MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA BERBASIS DUKUNGAN SOSIAL, KEPERCAYAAN DIRI DAN ORIENTASI KEWIRAUSAHAAN PADA GENERASI MUDA DI KOTA DENPASAR

Abstract
Abstrak—Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengekplorasi dimensi orientasi kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan minat berwirausaha.. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 135 orang generas muda di Kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis diskriptif dan analisis Model Struktural (SEM-PLS).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) social support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial interest; (2) self confdence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial interest; (3) entrepreneurial orientation berpegarh positif dan signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial interest; (4) social support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial orientation; (5) self confidence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial orientation; (6) entrepreneurial orientation tidak memediasi pengaruh social support terhadap entrepreneurial interest dan (7) entrepreneurial orientation mampu memediasi pengaruh self confidence terhadap entrepreneurial interest.
