PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN KALSIUM-ASAM LEMAK SAWIT (CA-ALS) TERHADAP PERFORMANS AYAM BROILER
Abstract
. THE EFFECT OF USED CALCIUM - PALM FATTY ACID (Ca-PFA) ON PERFORMANCE OF BROILER CHICKEN ABSTRACT The study effect of calcium-palm fatty acid (Ca-PFA) on performance of broiler chicken has been conducted for 4 weeks. A completly randomized design (CRD) with used in this experiment. One hundred and sixty of broilers strain starbro unsexs allotted to 4 treatments with 4 replicates of 8 broilers each. The treatments were as follows: R0, R1, R2 , and R3 consist of 0 %, 5 %, 10 % and 15 % of Ca-PFA. Diet were formulated to be iso-caloric and iso protein (2.985 kkal/kg and 21% CP). Parameters measured were: final body weight, body weight gain, feed consumption, feed conversion, carcass persented, giblet persented , abdominal fat and shank. The data analysis were analysis of variance (Anova) when significant, continued with Duncan’n. The results were concluded that the used of 5% ayam broiler calcium-palm fatty acid (Ca-PFA) until 15% could be significantly affect to increase performance and not significant affect for the carcass percentage, giblet percentage, abdominal fat and shank of broiler chickenDownloads
