Pengaruh Beban Pemanasan Air Terhadap Efisiensi Kondensor Pada Sistem Heat Pump
Abstract
Pada penelitian ini, variabel yang diteliti adalah laju aliran volume air yang merupakan beban pemanasan air di kondensor pada sistem heat pump. Sistem ini menggunakan fluida kerja R-134a. Kondensor yang digunakan tipe concentric tube dan evaporator dari tipe fin tube. Pengukuran yang dilakukan meliputi pengukuran laju aliran volume refrigeran, pengukuran daya input kompresor dengan wattmeter, temperatur refrigeran di setiap titik kondisi dan temperatur air sisi masuk dan keluar kondensor. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh temperatur pemanasan air menurun, laju panas kondensor pada sisi refrigeran dan sisi air mengalami penurunan dengan meningkatnya laju aliran volume air (beban pemanasan air) dan efisiensi kondensor yang dihasilkan maksimum terjadi pada beban pemanasan 4 liter/menit sebesar 84%.
In this study, it was investigated the water volume rate of water heating load in the condenser on the heat pump system. The heat pump system uses R-134a as the working fluid. In this experiment, it is used the concentric tube type condenser and the fin tube type evaporator. The measurements conducted include measurement of refrigerant volume flow rate, compressor input power with wattmeter, refrigerant temperature at every point of condition and inlet-outlet condenser water temperature. As the result, it showed that the water heating temperature decreased, the condenser water side and refrigerant side heat rate decreased with the increasing of the water volume flow rate (water heating load) and the maximum condenser efficiency of about 84% is obtained at 4 liter / minute heating load.
